K&C REIT plc (AIM:KCR), the Central London-focused residential real estate group, today announces that its 2016 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 10.00 on Friday, 30 December 2016.  The notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders and is also available on the Company's website at http://www.kandc-reit.co.uk. The Company will also announce its annual results for the period ended 30 June 2016 by 31 December 2016.
